Prequalification
In order to become prequalified to submit proposals to KTU or to perform work on the Project, all Prime Contractors and Subcontractors must first be prequalified by MoDOT. For information pertaining to becoming a MoDOT Vendor, please visit the MoDOT website.
Become a Prime Contractor
Only Prequalified Prime Contractors may submit proposals directly to KTU. To be prequalified by KTU as a Prime Contractor on the Project, contractors must complete the Prime Contractor Prequalifcation Form:
Prime Contractors will have access to the Bidders Plans Room where they can view, download and print or purchase copies of drawings, specifications and all other RFP Documents required to submit a Proposal to KTU.
This Form must be printed, completed and delivered to the address indicated on the Form. Prime Contractors should allow at least two (2) weeks for processing of prequalification packages.
Become a Subcontractor
Any contractor or subcontractor that has been prequalified by MoDOT will be eligible to perform subcontracted work for the Prime Contractors on the Project. To obtain access to the Bidders Plans Room and be able to submit proposals to the Prime Contractors, Subcontractors will be required to complete the following form:
Subcontractors will have the same access to the Bidders Plans Room as the Prime Contractors, but will not be permitted to submit proposals directly to KTU.
